The spray cleaner

The three phases of intensive cleaning

JET CLEAR® contains different ingredients which complement each other in their action and lead to an optimal cleaning result:

  • Loosens and breaks down spraying agent residues
  • Surfactant for the active release of deposits
  • Bonding agent for the inactivation of residues and for the promotion of their removal

When the sprays are due for TÜV testing:

In preparation for the testing date, clean the spraying equipment carefully both inside and out with JET CLEAR®. Test the drip-stop function and don’t forget the filling sieve.

After the season:

Thoroughly clean the sprays using JET CLEAR® and prepare them for winter – don’t forget frost protection!

Powerful – safe – clean

After the spraying season, it’s time for a complete check-up

The spray cleaner that also removes stubborn residues.

JET CLEAR® was tested on the latest generation of spraying agents and even removes deposits of “volatile” agents requiring special cleaning such as sulfonylurea herbicides, growth agents, sorghum grass agents and carfentrazon-ethyl.

It is recommended to thoroughly clean the plant protection sprays after every use. This is especially important when changing between herbicides for different crops and different chemical groups or from a herbicide to a fungicide or to an insecticide. A thorough internal clean is absolutely essential, particularly for sensitive crops like carrots and rapeseed. And don’t forget the sieves and filters!

A thorough clean after finishing work on a daily basis prevents damage to the subsequently treated crops and guarantees the trouble-free functionality of the spraying equipment.

It is recommended to rinse the equipment immediately after finishing the spraying work, even before residues are deposited and become encrusted. This should involve firstly rinsing pipes, pumps, fittings and nozzles with fresh water and then cleaning with JET CLEAR® using the recommended dosage. Ensure that all of the system valves are opened up so that all components are rinsed with the cleaning solution.
